From 18m to 40m in Two Days
Three training dives over two days. Each dive goes progressively deeper — building your skills and confidence step by step.
Online Theory
Complete the SSI digital learning before you arrive. Deep diving physics, gas management at depth, nitrogen narcosis, safety procedures, and dive planning for profiles between 18–40 metres.
Dive 1 — 18 to 30m
Your first deep training dive. Descend to 18–30 metres and practise depth management, air consumption monitoring, and safety stops. Experience how colours change, buoyancy shifts, and narcosis awareness at depth.
Dives 2 & 3 — Down to 40m
Two deeper dives progressively reaching 40 metres. Gas planning, ascent rate control, and deep safety procedures in real conditions. Sites include the Drop-Off wall and the deeper sections of the Liberty Wreck.
Where You'll Train
Tulamben offers ideal conditions for deep training — warm water, excellent visibility, and dramatic walls dropping beyond 40 metres.
USAT Liberty Wreck
A 120m WWII cargo ship covered in coral. Reachable from shore — no boat needed. One of the world's most accessible wreck dives.
Drop Off
A dramatic volcanic wall dropping beyond 60 metres. Perfect for progressive deep training — you control your depth along the slope. Large gorgonian fans, reef sharks, and barracuda schools.
Drop Off
A dramatic wall dive just 100m from the resort. Look into the blue and spot reef sharks, barracudas, and giant trevallies.
