Q: Do I need prior diving experience?

No! The Open Water Diver course is designed for complete beginners. You'll start with theory and confined water practice before your first ocean dive. All you need is basic swimming ability and a positive attitude.

Q: What's included in the course price?

Everything: SSI certification and digital learning materials, full dive equipment (BCD, regulator, wetsuit, mask, fins, weights), 4 open water dives with instructor, dive insurance, and your internationally recognized certification card.

Q: How fit do I need to be?

You need to be a comfortable swimmer (200m swim or 300m with mask/snorkel/fins) and be able to float/tread water for 10 minutes. You'll also need to complete a medical questionnaire — certain conditions may require a doctor's clearance.

Q: What certification do I receive?

You receive the SSI Open Water Diver certification, recognized worldwide. This allows you to dive independently to 18 meters with a certified buddy at any dive center globally. Your digital certification card is available immediately via the SSI app.

Q: What if I can't complete the course in 3 days?

No problem. We go at your pace. If you need an extra day, we'll accommodate that at no additional charge. Your safety and comfort are more important than any schedule.

Q: What's the cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled start date. Cancellations within 48 hours are charged at 50%. No-shows are charged in full.

Online Theory

Complete the SSI digital learning at home before you arrive. Dive physics, physiology, and safety — all on your phone or laptop. Takes about 8–12 hours at your own pace.

Confined Water

Pool Training

Your first breath underwater happens in shallow, calm water. Learn essential skills: mask clearing, buoyancy, equipment handling. 1:4 instructor ratio so you get real attention.

Ocean Dives

USAT Liberty Wreck

A 120m WWII cargo ship covered in coral. Reachable from shore — no boat needed. One of the world's most accessible wreck dives.

Shallow, calm, and bursting with colour. Perfect for your first open water dives. Sea turtles are regular visitors.

5–40m · Wall

Drop Off
